Coming Winter Quarter 2018

Starting Winter Quarter 2018, the University of Denver is offering a two-quarter course sequence for students who identify as women that will let you experience what it’s really like to join the workforce. Classes cover everything from resume building, interview coaching, and exploring gender barriers and gendered workplaces to landing your dream internship and building leadership skills. Plus, you’ll get personal mentorship from notable women business leaders.

The two credit hour course (two credit hours per quarter) is titled “Women, Careers, and Leadership I: Job & Internship Search Preparation” (LDRS 2901) and will meet Tuesdays from 4:00pm – 5:50pm. Project X-ITE will assist participants with finding suitable summer internships.

This course is open to undergraduate students in ANY major who identify as women and who expect to graduate in Spring 2019. Limited to 25 students.

This course is made possible by the Goldman Family Charitable Fund. The course was developed in partnerships with Project X-ITE, Career and Professional Development, and the Colorado Women’s College.
